Last week Monday, just before the holidays, we got an order for a pretty 2-tiered cake for a gentleman's friend. He also wanted an inscription that was an inside joke, and we were happy to oblige. Her favorite colors are pink and blue, and we decided to reflect that in the cake. You don't see a lot of multiple-tiered birthday cakes, so we were pleased to do something a little different.
